Abstract | Immunological techniques are usually used to detect, identify, and quantitate antigen in clinical samples as well to evaluate the antibody response to infection and a person's history of exposure to infectious agents. Beside that, immunological techniques are also used to evaluate immune function and inflammatory mediators in order to detect deficient immune response and/or inflammatory consequences of immune disorders. Following of immune functions may provide a deeper insight into physiological homeostasis as well as better detection of immune-mediated diseases. | |
