Abstract		With the advances in laser technology and development of new generation laser systems new treatment possibilities are offered. In the years 2002 to 2005 we performed 670 laser treatments. 158 patients aged 4 to 83 years (mean 40 years) treated with laser were evaluated. Treatment results of 220 vascular skin lesions with KTP (532 nm) and Nd:YAG (1064 nm) lasers, after 1-3 months, were excellent in 35,9 %, good 42,3 %, fair in 15,4 % and bad in 6,4%. We have removed 153 benign skin tumors and performed facial resurfacing in 10 patients with Er:YAG(2094 nm) laser. Side effect were frequent but minimal and transient. With modern laser devices in experinced hands many benign skin abnormalities can be removed.
