Abstract		lmpairment of executive functional system isquite expected and very frequent regarding biomechanic of traumatic brain injury. Unrecognised and unrehabilitated executive deficits dimished efficency of rehabilitation of the brain injured person. They also represent significant obstacle in psychosocial reaintegration due to unsuficently rehabilitated cognitive functions and untreated emotional in behavioral problems. Assessment of executive functions is possible only with neuropsychological examination, which enables us to form adequate rehabilitation plan with integrated psychotherapeutic components.
