Abstract		IgG subclasses in serum of 303 healthy children and 26 healthy adult were measured. The children were in age from 3-16 years and adults from 19-29 years. In our research the range of normal value for each age group were eatimated. Radial immunodifusion method was used. For determination of normal ranges within two standard deviations, some of our calculated lower marginal values were negative. We found the values of IgG subclasses of our subjects did not follow normal distribution. Therefore we estimated normal ranges due to lowest and highest value in each group. Further measurements on larger groups of healthy children have to be performed and also some other method should be used as enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA). The results should be expressed in percentiles.
