Abstract		Isolated aneurysms of hypogastric artery are rare. Becouse of their anatomical position close to ureter, pelvic veins, bladder, colon, femoral nerve and sciatic nerve roots they can cause diferent clinical simptoms which may often be misleding. We report diagnostic imaging and operative treatment of isolated aneurism of hypogastric artery compressing left ureter and leading to hydronephrosis. In the years 1993-2005 we found 2 isolated anurisms of hypogastric artery.
