Abstract     In this paper we present angiography of the coronary arteries with multislice spiral computed tomography, which must have high spatial, contrast and temporal resolution. Slice thickness should be as thin as possible, table movement during examination should be slow and reconstruction increment should be high in order to obtain best quality images. For coronary arteries imaging, retrospective ECG gating is preferable to prospective ECG triggering. Opacification of the coronary arteries is done with high amount of nonionic iodinated contrast media in the region of interest; contrast is detected by tracker which automatically starts the examination. Post-processing with different technique is performed afterwards; it is important to scroll through axial (source) images. Angiography of the coronary arteries with multislice spiral computed tomography is suitable in patients with coronary artery anomalies and coronary bypass graft imaging; it is less applicable in coronary artery stenosis grading.
