Abstract     Biopsychosocial well-being id defined by life events, the individuals capacity for suffering and the ability of explotiting or processing various social experiences. Every bodily state has a private, intimate significance, which is to a point defined also by the social and cultural reality of the individual. Culture takes part in all processes of social exchange, since it co-forms perceptions , emotions, and stress dealing strategies. The discussion on wellbeing, health and benefits related to children in Slovenia very quickly comes up against the problem of violence. Violence towards children is an observable fact, which can be defined as global, national, local, and presents one of the worst violations of the rights of children and adolescents. Solutions surpass the networks of help according to whose agreed algorithm different experts should be included, and extend mainly to the sphere of prevention and a wider social agreement.
