Abstract		The work describes the specific tasks of a nurse in the gastroenterologic nursing of a potient. The guality of the relationship between the patient and the nurses involved is egually important as the guality of the nursing. The endoscopy, endoscopical examination and the nursing intervention standards are also presented in this piece of work. It is important to carry out the test in the way which gives no risk of infection in order to diminish the possibility of infections during endoscopic tests by following the gastrointestinal endoscopic guidelines of cleansing and disinfecting.
