Abstract		This article gives a short description of up-to-date diagnostic imaging of certain diseases of the fetus, pregnancy and gynecological patients with neurological symptoms. Risks connected with x-ray and magnetic field exposure are briefly discussed, along with some possibilities for diagnosing fetal pathology and diseases during pregnancy. The advantages of magnetic resonance imaging over computer tomography in certain neurological diseases during pregnancy are also pointed out. Finally, the current situation and activities in these fields at the Radiology Institute of the Ljubljana Medical Centre are evaluated as well.
Summary		V prispevku podajamo kratek oris sodobne slikovne diagnostike nekaterih bolezni pri plodu, v nosečnosti in pri ginekoloških bolnicah z nevrološko simptomatiko. Nekaj besed namenjamo tveganju zaradi izpostavljenosti rentgenskim žarkom in magnetnemu polju ter nakazujemo možnosti pri diagnostiki bolezni ploda in bolezni v nosečnosti. Sledi še oris prednosti magnetnoresonančnega slikanja (MR) pred računalniško tomografijo (CT) pri nekaterih nevroloških boleznih pri nosečnicah. Na koncu podajamo oceno stanja in aktivnosti na teh področjih na Kliničnem inštitutu za radiologijo v Kliničnem centru (KIR KC).
