Abstract		This article presents the case of a 29-year old female who suffered an ischemic stroke in the 25 week of gestation. The course of the disease and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures done in this patient, as well as etiology, evaluation and treatment of stroke during pregnancy are discussed.
Summary		V prispevku predstavljam primer 29-letne ženske, ki je v 25. tednu nosečnosti zbolela za možgansko kapjo. Na primeru bolnice razpravljam o vzrokih in posebnostih obravnave ishemične in hemoragične možganske kapi v nosečnosti.
