Abstract		The most important neurological aspects of the other articles are summarised. The influence of pregnancy and neurological diseases is mutual. A correct interpretation of neurological symptoms and signs is important and changes developing in the course of some neurological diseases during pregnancy should not be overlooked. Delivery itself can damage the peripheral nervous system in the mother and newborn. Contraindications for the use of certain drugs during pregnancy are well known and adjustment of chronic treatment of some diseases may be necessary in this period. Some surgical interventions are urgent, others can be postponed till after delivery. Physiotherapy is of benefit especially in case of low back pain and pelvic pain occurring during pregnancy.
Summary		V članku je povzeta vsebina ostalih nevroloških prispevkov. Prikazan je vzajemen vpliv nevroloških bolezni in nosečnosti, poudarjena je klinična interpretacija simptomov in znakov ter spremembe v poteku nekaterih nevroloških bolezni med nosečnostjo. Med porodom se lahko okvari periferno živčevje tako matere kot novorojenčka. Pomembna je pravilna izbira nevroradioloških preiskav v nosečnosti. V zdravljenju nevroloških bolezni je treba upoštevati določene kontraindikacije in prilagoditve shem zdravljenja v tem obdobju. Nekateri kirurški posegi so nujni, druge je moč prestaviti na čas po porodu. Fizikalno zdravljenje je pomembno predvsem pri bolečini v hrbtenici in medenici.
