Abstract		Surgical procedures during reanimation play their role in cases where we are not able to stabilize patient with standard reanimation procedures. After the airway establishment, the circulation management is discussed. Potentials of thoracotomy are presented together with possibilities of combined procedures in patients with thoracoabdominal trauma.
