Abstract		Growing tissues in developing organism of children have some differencies compared to tissues in adults. This is true particularly for the long bones. The differencies mean there are some distinctions in injured child: how fast the distress is expressed (by bleeding or head trauma), final outlook of scars, fracture types encountered only in childhood.
