Abstract		On our ward are shaped standards of nursing interventions since 1995. The purpose is unified work and accomplish quality by implementation of nursing interventions.ln this article will be described and analized standards of nursing interventions, used since 1996 and were confirm on team professional metting. Method that will be used for analise, comparing and establishing quality of valid standards of nursing interventions according to material, time, personal and quality of work. Analyse will be perform on the base of research. Research will be comparing the way of conducling nursing interventions in practice according to standards regulations. The results will shows are the standards suitable according sources. The next standards will be analyzed: Nursing standard - Setting i.v. canullla, Nursing standard - Aspiration through tracheal tube, Nursing standard - Preparing and assistance during the procedure of setting central venous catheter into the jugularis vein or subclavia vein, Nursing standard - Assistance during the endotracheal intubation.
