| Abstract | In the article less and more serious injuries of thorax are divided. The protocol of maintenance in the Emergency surgical unit in Medical center of Ljubljana is explained.The importance of careful observation and early recognition of important signs and symptoms is particularly underlined. Correct procedures of such injuries are being introduced. The meaning of correct position of such patient who might suffer from other injuries is stressed. The most crucial parameters of observation characteristics of chest injuries that a nurse working in Emergency surgical unit should early out and treat appropriately are being explained. | |
