Abstract		In following presentation we would like to to introduce you an unusual rescue intervention. On 10.44 dispatch paramedic on duty received a call witch was proceeded from Central rescue communication center Ljubljana. The call was about a case of older lady who fell from bicycle in to the Ljubljanica river. Received data were incomplete and from proceeded call it was not possible to evaluate the intervention as the serious one. Due the incomplete information and from working experience the dispatch paramedic on duty sent out the motorcycle paramedic on the scene of accident. Simultaneously the dispatch paramedic was consulting the urgent physician on duty from first aid rescue team and send out the urgent rescue vehicle with urgent physician and paramedic shift leader to follow the motorcycle paramedic on the scene. Just after the dispatch paramedic made all the actions, she got another information that the older lady was already several minutes underwater.
