Abstract		Percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy (PEG) has become widely accepted procedure which provides interal feeding in those patients who would require long-term feeding by nasogastric tube. Complications, e.g. venos bleeding related to this technique are rare. We present a case of an 81-year female with haematoperitoneum diagnosis 8 days after PEG, The bleeding was stopped conservatively with mechanical compresion.
Summary		Perkutana cndoskopska gastrostomija (PEG) je postala zelo razširjena metoda za vzpostavitev enteralnega prehranjevanja bolnikov. ki bi sicer potrebovali dolgotrajno hranjenje po sondi. Zapleti. tudi venska krvavitev so zelo redki. Opisujemo primer 81-Ietne bolnice, pri kateri smo 8. dan po PEG ugotovili hematoperitonej; krvavitev smo ustavili konservativno z mehansko kompresijo.
