Abstract		Liver is the most common location of the colorectal cancer metastases. Patients with suspected or verified metastases diagnosed by non-invasive methods, such as ultrasound or computed tomography (CT), are candidates for the operation. Prior to the operation, CT during arterial portography (CTAP) is performed for the evaluation of operability. The number, location, and position of the metastases in respect to the liver vessels and ducts can thus be evaluated most accurately, significantly contributing to the planning of the operative procedure and to the treatment result. The CTAP is based on different vascularisation of the normal liver parenchyme and the tumour tissue.
Summary		Jetra so organ, kamor najpogosteje zaseva rak debelega črevcsa in danke. Bolnikom, pri katerih z neinvazivnimi preiskavami (ultrazvočno preiskavo. računalniško tomografijo) ugotovimo ali posumimo na zasevke v jetrih, pred operacijo naredimo računalniško tomografijo (CT) s portalnim ojačenjem za oceno operabilnosti. S preiskavo najbolj natančno ocenimo število, lego in odnos zasevkov do jetrnih žil in žolčnih izvodil. Tako prispevamo k boljšemu načrtovanju operacije in učinkovitejšemu zdravljenju. Preiskava temelji na različni prekrvavitvi tumorjev in parenhima jeter.
