Abstract		»Hemorrhoids« is an imprecise term. It is used very loosely as synonym for almost any anal affliction. Patients are too often treated incorrectly by themselves, what can be dangerous, specially in case of serious concomitant ilness. The treatment of haemorrhoids could be efficient in all steps of the disease and should be chosen together with patient after appropriate examinations were undertaken. Classification of haemorrhoids and different treatment options were presented.
Summary		»Hemoroidi« so nenatančen termin. Številni ga uporabljajo kot sinonim za težave z zadnjikom. Bolniki se pogosto zdravijo sami in nepravilno, to je nevarno predvsem takrat, kadar je v ozadju resnejše obolenje. Zdravljenje hemoroidalne bolezni je lahko uspešno v vseh fazah obolenja, izberemo ga skupaj z bolnikom, potem ko smo opravili ustrezno diagnostiko. V prispevku je predstavljena klasifikacija hemoroidalne bolezni in na kratko možne oblike zdravljenja.
