Abstract		Longitudinal endoscopic ultrasound facilitates with his technical construction safe and accuracy fine needle aspiration biopsy of pancreatic lesions. In the article the author describes cystic and solid pancreatic lesions and value of longitudinal endoscopic ultrasound and one needle aspiration biopsy at diagnostic procedures and therapy of this lesions.
