Abstract		So far experiences in foreign students clinical training guidance have shown that it is important to be acquainted with the knowledge, skills, motives, and interest of the new-coming students of nursing care. It is also important to assure an adequate mentors competence in foreign languages as well as to dispose a mentor to be in charge of the permanent assessment of the students training development. From the report, written by two students after concluding their clinical training, we can make out what influenced the quality of education (advantages and disadvantages) the two students underwent in particular departments. From the point of view of the employed and the time spent on it, the desribed manner of conducting the practicum seems irrational. The question is how to organize or how to tackle with problem of the individual planning of the practicum with such a shortage of staff.
