Abstract		Laparoscopic fundoplication is a very successfull procedure with a cure rate of around 90% but unfortunately also with some serious side effects (fatigue, abdominal pain, gas bloat and dysphagia). Using proper rehabilitation, nutritional support and lifesytle changes these side effects can be minimized.
