Abstract		In modern traumatology fractures of acetabulum are manly treated operatively. Difficulties of operative treatment of these fractures are associated with demanding three-dimensional anatomy of the acetabulum, limited surgical approach and reduction with stable fixation of the fragments. Good preoperative planning is crucial for good and result of operatively treated acetabular fractures. In last year we very successfully plan our surgery using computer program.
