Abstract | Working organizations for their existence need constant education and qualifying of employees. So that employees are developing individual's abilities for entry, observation, use of knowledge, salvaging problems, independent thinking, suitably judgement and cooperation with others. Development itself doesn't suffice working accessories. Today working organization need to improve processes and products. It need to have clear vision and determined mission, goals and strategy, organizational culture and culture of teaching. That must be part of common and private vision. Development and permanent changing demand decentralization, authorising of employees and assuming responsibility. Working organization with flexible administration, which keep abreast of advances in its field, whit an active part in community activities and whit an efficient system of human resources is on the path leading to create optimal conditions for professional and personal development of employees. | |
