Abstract		Mobility of European citizens and availability of Health Care Services across the European Union represent a challenge for the Health Care Information Systems. Member States will need to meet the new demands on interoperability and integration of the Health Care Information Systems. In december 2005, the Ministry of Health of Slovenia announced its National Strategy on the Development of the National Health Care Information System e-Zdravje until year 2010.
