Abstract		Treating the malignant process of the kidney, spreading into the inferior vena caval sistem, and sometimes into the right heart, includes multidisciplinary approach of urologist, abdominal surgeon, cardiovascular surgeon, cardiovascular anesthesiologist and intensive postoperative care. The patient is connected to the cardiopulmonary bypass, the tumor removed from the abdominal vena cava and from the right heart. Till now we succesfully treated seven such patients.
