Abstract		Anticoagulant treatment is highly effective and safe in most patients with arterial and venous thrombolism, however in cancer patients management is more difficult due to serious complications. In our outpatient Anticoagulant clinic long-term oral anticoagulant treatment is managed by using computer decision support Trombo. This paper provides analysis of data for all cancer patients treated between years 2001 and 2005.
