Abstract		Venous thrombosis commonly appears in cancer patients. Usually, long-term anticoagulant with vitamin K antagonists is warranted. Decisions regarding anticoagulant treatment are often difficult because bleeding risk is also increased in these patients due to malignant disease itself or due to accompanying conditions. A case of female patient with bone marrow dysplasia and severe thrombocytopenia is shown.
