Abstract     The aim of our study is to develop a simple diagnostic tool for detection of certain proteins in a human sera. Phospholipid vesicles are good approximation of real cell membranes, therefore interaction between them and certain proteins of interest (in our case different antibodies and beta2-glycoproteinl) could show the presence of these proteins in the sample. The interactions could be defined by observing the effect of proteins on the morphology and dynamics of vesicles.
