Abstract     Head injuries with fractures of the skull base and injuries of brains, particularly of the brain stem, are usually the consequence of blunt injuries, which occur at the fall or the stroke on the head. At most causes for them we can find in traffic accidents. By the events act powers of the acceleration-deceleration, who are responsible for generally deformation of the head and after then, if action of the power is predominant, fracture of the skull base with inury of brains. Craniocerebral injuries are more times without any visible the outside sign, however state of the consciousness can be disturb all to there the state of uncosciousness. Sometimes, when the blood flow through one of aperture on the head, is possible think that the skull base is fractured, but blooding not's the sure sign of injury of the skull base. Therefore at head injuries with disturbances of breathing and circulation, when is necessary rescu the life, by all means it's need think on the pathology injury of the brain stem and her consequences.
