Abstract     Prehospital cardiac pacing is indicated in all patients, hemodynamically unstable due to anr bradyarrhythmia, which doesn't improve with atropine. Stimulation is done with external pulse generator and self adhesive electrodes, applied to the skin of the thorax. Proficiency in the method is required for all physicians, working in emergency service. There are no absolute contraindications.
