Abstract		The paper presents the case of acutelly affected 34 years old male, which condition was due to poor auto- and hetero-anamnestic data difficult to define. Plenty of urgent conditions could be in differential diagnosis. After other disorders were considered, naltrexone on withdrawal syndrome associated with opioids has shown to be the couse of the troubles.
