Abstract		We report a 5 cases of the use of vasopressin cum hyperhaes sol in trauma patients. BLS and ATLS were performed according to present guidelines with vasopressin and volume resuscitation with hyperhaes. In 3 cases we reanimated successful (ROSC with admission in hospital) and one patient survived to discharge from the hospital without neurological disabilities. Our observation suggest, that the trauma victims with cardiac arrest should be treated with vasopressin in combination with hyperhaes, with other procedures when appropriate.
