Abstract		Critical condition of patient always presents an unexpected and unplanned event. Health care professionals involved in the delivery of emergency care should inform and reassure the patientby using appropriate communication to achieve his agreement for procedures and actions that are necessary to be performed. They have to involve in communication relatives and other persons who wish to obtain any information regarding patient s condition, as well.
