Abstract		In our contribution we would like to present new guideline which lead us to necessary actions for achievement of our goal, which is good and beneficial relations with relatives of critically ill patients. As well we would like to show how to improve, deepen and direct those actions toward better state of health of our patients and their fast recovery. Our ability to achieve goals can be estimated and measured.
