Abstract     Multidisciplinary approach to the injured patient in hipovolemic shock is presented. 40 year old male patient was injured in motorcycle accident. At admission in emergeny department the patient was haemodinamically unstable. X ray diagnostic showed unstable pelvic injury, intraabdominal bleeding was excluded by ultrasonic examination. Immidiately stabilization of pelvis was performed using external fixation. After the procedure, the patient was still haemodinamically unstable. Urgent arteriography was performed and bleeding in pelvic area was detected. After successfull embolization of bleeding artery the patient became stable. He was admited at the ICU and then at the travmatological department. The end result was good. The purpose of the article is to present the treatment of shocked patient with resuscitation, surgical and emergency radiologal team. The tasks of an operating nurse and radiology nurse are demonstrated.
