Abstract     Communication is defined as a process of giving and receiving information through the language, signs, symbols and behavior. In the area of health care and nursing, a successful communication with patients and co-workers is of great importance. It is important for all those who work in the medical service to learn the basics of successful communication, exact communication and all the elements on which the successful communication depends. In my paper I am going to discuss 3 basic process with which people create their model of the world and also a Precision Model.
