Abstract		The quality control system enables an efficient hemostasiology process and monitoring of performance indicators. Regulations on conditions a laboratory has to fulfill in order to be able to perform research in the field of laboratory medicine includes the basics of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, as articles 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the regulations include requirements for quality assurance and articles 17 and 18 include requirements for documentation.
