Abstract     Study investigates the meaning of occupational performance in patients with different neurological levels of spinal cord injury and in different living conditions. The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) was used at 47 patients in a rehabilitation centre (and in their home environment) to identify rehabilitation (and reintegration) goals and level of importance. Results showed that 84% ( 59%) of goals were related to self-care, 5% (17%) to productivity and 6% (24%) to leisure. All of them were subject to rehabilitation treatment at the Institute for Rehabilitation, Republic of Slovenia, in the period from 1999 to 2005.
