Abstract		This article represents the description and the aims of services which are performed in the team of professional workers by therapists and which represents an initial, origin phase in the process of vocational /employment rehabilitation. Service is directed to the whole assessment of individual's actual activities and social functioning, his/her capabilities, potentials, interests and obstacles, relevant factors in environment, and possibilities of including in employment or education. The aim of services performed by occupational therapist is the determination of functional capabilities, further activities and measures that are needed for forming the rehabilitation plan and for improvement of possibilities of progressing in the vocational career of an individual.
