Abstract		Motivation is the one that makes people doing something or making something, but with defined knowledge and abilities. With her we can make goals which we have set come true and with that we can also satisfy needs, that we have. In first part in diploma work f have define conception of motivation and others conceptions related to her. In second part I have try through research find and define those things that patients make inform and motivate them for testing or corporation, to make procedure quicker and with more quality, which was the main problem that b have try to solve through diploma work. One of the purposes was to define information current. Another purpose was to find out how individual material and multimedia (video) is influencing on patient, which things motivate patients and how much, where the results come out, and more. So, how much things serve their purpose, that is: informing patients, improving course of searches (here b think on: how many times they repeat instructions in research and how many times they have to repeat the test) and more. In the end of diploma work all that I prove or confirm with results, which shows that the video is the best informant and serves with purpose for which was made.
