Abstract		Patient with renal colics can find help at his family doctor or at urgent service. Sometimes a visit at home is necessary because of severe pain or vomitus. Probable sign of urolithiasis is the long lasting lumbal pain. Patient can come to his doctor because of the rcnal stones discovered accidentely on US or because of pathologic urine. Retention of the urine or macroscopic haematuria sometimes bring the patient to his doctor, too. The doctor must releive the patient's pain. He must also cxclude the acute surgical disease or disease, which needs the patient's hospitalisation. He must prove the urolithiasis and take care of the appropriate further treatment.
