Abstract		For the patients with swallowing disorders we have to enable enteral feeding. If the cause of swallowing disorder is a degenerative disease of central nervous system, the endoscopist will enable enteral feeding with insertion of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. On the other hand if the cause for swallowing disorder is an inoperable tumor of upper gastrointestinal tract, the endoscopist will enable swallowing with paliative recanalisation with laser.
