Abstract		The article discusses the importance of managemant of children who were in contact with pacients who have pulmonary and laryngeal tuberculosis. These patients have tubercle bacili in their sputurm and they spread these bacili in their environment with sneezing and coughing. The article shows the management of these children and suitable treatment regimens
