Abstract		Paper presents some terms of collaboration and the reasons for effective collaboration in health nursing care team. The directions for improvements are described. The results of the studies of collaboration in relationship with nurses, doctors showed the impact on quality health care improvements, cost benefits, satisfaction of team - professionals. Magnet hospital concepts are suggested to management as the model for improving collaboration relationship with doctors, nurses in achieving higher efficiency of patient care and quality of work environment.
