| Abstract | Folliculitis decalvans of the scalp is a recurrent, purulent follicular inflammation leading to scarring alopecia. We report on a 27-year-old man with folliculitis decalvans successfully treated with a combination of isotretinoin, corticosteroids, and clindamycin. | |
