Abstract     Botulinum toxin (BT) has proved to be the most efficient treatment of laryngeal dystonia (LD). In this paper we describe the method of percutaneous injection of BT under endoscopical control which was used to treat six patients with adductor LD. Before and after the BT injection, subjective evaluations of speech and quality of life were performed. BT improved the voices and the quality of life in all patients. The technique of percutaneous injection of BT under endoscopical control is easy and safe to perform in an ENT specialist's office, and allows good visualisation of the injected site.
