Abstract		The complexity of endodontic procedures varies widely from case to case. The difficulty level of individual procedures can be evaluated with the use of a suitable questionnaire. The authors present a Slovene endodontic case assessment form developed on the basis of foreign questionnaires. It provides data on the history, diagnosis and other factors influencing the difficulty of endodontic therapy. The aim of such forms is to lay down uniform criteria for the classification of patients and their referral to a specialist. Several cases referred for specialist endodontic treatment are described.
Summary		Endodontsko zdravljenje se po zahtevnosti lahko zelo razlikuje od primera do primera. V članku želimo predstaviti ocenjevanje zahtevnosti endodontskega posega s pomočjo vprašalnika, ki zajema anamnestične, diagnostične in dodatne dejavnike. Pri izdelavi vprašalnika so nam bile v pomoč tuje različice. Vprašalnik omogoča objektivno in poenoteno ocenjevanje zahtevnosti endodontskega posega. Predstavljenih je tudi nekaj kliničnih primerov, napotenih na specialistično endodontsko zdravljenje.
