Abstract		Chung-Strauss Syndrome (CSS) is a clinico-pathological entity composed of bronchial asathma, peripheral eosinophilia eosinophilic tissue infiltrates, necrotizing and granulomatous vasculitis of blood vessels of various types and sizes and extravascular granuloma formation. Renal involvement is found in 30-50 per cent of CSS cases. We report two patients with CSS, both presented with asthma marked peripheral eosinophilia and pulmonary infiltrates detected by chest X-ray. In one patient renal tissue showed segmental necrosis and focal extracapillary proliferation, in the other we found focal extracapillary and sclerosing glomerulonephritis (GN). In both cases immunofluorescent findings were unspecific.
