Abstract		University department of plastic surgery and burns in Ljubljana develops a computer support integrated system to complete the medical office management in three phases. The first phase is meant to create clinical data base, second - to prepapare the protocols for specific medical informations in plastic surgery and burns, and third phase: to realise our ideas on building the integrity clinical information system.
